I initially met Toni and Luke to talk about their Lyde Court Wedding at the National Wedding Show in London, back in February 2017. Toni was bright and cheery and loved the colourful images I had up and felt it would suit their wedding well. And I remember Luke, sitting down looking exhausted and overwhelmed with a handful of bags!
We met up in Richmond for cocktails a few weeks before the wedding, where I got to know more about their plans. I think we all got a bit more excited realising how close it was to the big day and playing it out in our minds.
THE WEDDING DAY
The day did not disappoint one bit. It lived up to all expectations and more!
It had everything. Spontaneous dancing, champagne bottle popping, tear-jerking speeches, competitive croquet, excellent music, epic sunset and dirty dancing lifts! AND lots of rugby players as guests, which made me very happy indeed. See below for details.
Rather than go into too much detail about the wedding day, I will let the pictures do the talking. But basically, wow! It was an incredible day. These guys and their family are the salts of the earth. Just the best people around. Big hearts and big moves on the dance floor!
