They met at a Halloween party. Mel, the typical sexy black cat; Al, bringing as much effort and creativity to this as he does with everything else, a rather disturbing unzipped face showing the gory result.
It’s not that Mel isn’t creative, she sure is in every part of her life. That can be seen in the details she has planned for the wedding. It’s just that a sexy black cat quite suits her actually. She is a strong, fearless, successful and an independent woman. It was going to take a great man to warm her cockles.
In walks Al.
He knows how to get right to the heart of Mel. He’s like a warm and cosy pair of slippers. And a total gentleman.
Possibly topping the chart of the greatest proposal ever made, Al took Mel on a trip to Paris. This is not an unusual thing as the other great love in Mel’s life is Paris. They go quite often. But accompanying them on this trip was a little padlock engraved with the words “Melly, will you marry me?”. (I’m crying now). I don’t know if you are aware of Ponts des Arts bridge but it is where many couples show their affection by attaching the padlocks and throwing the key in the river.
Yeah, seriously, these two are as awesome as they sound and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in November.

Fab work. This shoot has a really strong editorial feel to it. Love it.
